Its that time of year again. Just bottled up my Elderflower wine, its so easy to do, and very satisfying (and hopefully enjoyable!!).
Its literally just elderflowerheads, sugar, yeast, lemon juice and zest and citric acid. It looks nice and clear, but last time I made it, it wasnt sweet enough for my taste. Well see in October, think I will get it out to celebrate Samhain (its nice to share your homemade produce)
